You have two options to access our platform's features. Firstly, subscribing will grant you a silver badge, unlocking most features. Alternatively, obtaining an NFKey will grant you a gold badge, unlocking all features and making you eligible to earn rewards and much more.

A subscription to our VIP lounge and its features costs less than $4 per month for non-NFkey members. However, NFkey holders can access VIP features for free.

2. Click on the "Create Group" button and fill out the necessary details, then select "Create Group."

With The Gram's auto-translate feature, creating multiple groups is no longer necessary. This feature automatically translates unknown messages into your device's default language, allowing you to easily read messages without language barriers. This eliminates the need to visit other communities that speak your language or risk missing important information due to infrequent updates by the dev team.

Gramz is our in-app currency and holds no monetary value. It's primarily used for fun trading among members and can also be used in our game room. You can earn Gramz for free by receiving likes on the posts you create on the feed. Collect and trade Gramz with other members and keep track of your progress on our leaderboard.

Have you started earning Gramz yet? On the "Redeem" tab, you'll find prizes that can be claimed if you have enough Gramz. Please note that only Treasure Chest owners can redeem prizes, and there is a max total supply of Treasure Chests available for sale. Hence, not everyone will be able to own one over time.

Yes, messages exchanged within CroGram are encrypted for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring the privacy and security of your conversations.

If your account is compromised, reset your email or password in the "Edit Profile" section of the app or contact our support. Additionally, never share your seed phrase or click links from unknown members. Safety and security of our members is important to us.
